We connect talent marketplaces by elevating quality candidates, employers and opportunities and suppressing unverified skill claims and ghost jobs. We shift the model and workflow from content access to content quality in talent marketplaces. We do this by mapping unstructured content, like job descriptions and resumes, to a common data layer, which is an interconnected Knowledge Graph. That enables LLMs to be grounded and provide explainable results.
