I am 100% virtual, so I can work with clients anywhere.
I sell project management and operations systems consulting, planning, and implementation to small businesses, from new owners laying their foundation to established businesses that are growing fast. Many of these owners end up as the bottleneck in their own company. Projects stall, tasks live in their head, tools don’t talk to each other, and they spend hours every week on work that a good system would handle. That costs missed deadlines, lost revenue, and burnout, and it keeps the business from growing. I replace that chaos with simple, custom, right-sized systems that small business owners can actually maintain.
